Q: Why Buy from Leisure Solutions?
A: We've been making machines and cabinets for over 30 years. Our goal is to provide the highest quality machines and cabinets, ensuring the end user is more than happy with their purchase. Our machines are the cheapest in the UK. The reason? we manufacture everything in our factory in the UK. We do not import machines or cabinets like so many other companies do.
Q: Ive seen similar cabinets online at lower/higher prices? are theres better quality?
A: The answer is NO. We Manufacture everything in our factory in the UK. We use high grade MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard) and every cabinet is cut on our large Factory CNC Machine. We take extra care when edging, glueing and dowling our cabinets and putting them together in our 5 Tonne press, ensuring your machine or cabinet will never, ever come apart! All of our customers can verify our Top quality cabinets and top quality service.
Q: How long will my cabinet take to arrive?
A: We normally carry a small stock but as a rule all of our cabinets are built to order and normally take between 2-3 weeks. If you are in a rush for your cabinet then please contact us and we'll try our best to get your machine to you sooner.
Q: Do you ship to Internationally?

Q: How do I order from you?

Q: Do you sell machines for Pubs, Clubs or rental hire companies?
A: YES. We sell coin operated machines that accept £1 coins and can give 1,2,3 or 4 credits per coin. We use £1 mechanical coin mech over multi coin mechs as they have a higher acceptance rate and are proven to take more money then a multi coin mech accepting small change.

Payment and Shipping:
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Bank Transfers, Cheques and Cash on Collection.

Returns & Refunds:
We cannot refund the original shipping costs. Returned items must be in there original and unused condition complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging. You must return with it your original invoice. The buyer is then responsible for return shipping costs and postal insurance.
Please take special note: There are NO refunds on any custom or bespoke products. These include arcade machines and cabinets that are manufactured to order. As the Buyer, you are agreeing and committing to purchasing these items and paying for them in full. Please make sure you are fully aware of these terms before placing your order.
